Thyrocare — blood not collected after booking

I have booked aryogram 1.5 on 12/04/18 but yesterday my booking was cancelled due to technician. I have discuss with technician and technician reply that i am not able to collect the blood of 5 year baby. If 5 years baby blood collection is not possible then why booked my order. Kindly ensure before order booked. I have required report before tuesday. At the last movement order was cancelled
Kindly take action against technician because main reason to cancelled order is technician. Your technician is not ready to collect the blood from my addressed even after ready to pay extra 200 as per telephonic discussion which was not inform at time of booking.
I will waiting for positive reply on that.
