Thyrocare — Covid Report | |
I have receive pathetic service from Thyrocare over last 15 days where they’re reports at consistently delayed. On my latest experience for my son’s Covid report, it’s been over 31 hours since the sample was taken and there is no sign of any report. On one side the government is giving directive for a must release of Covid reports in 24 hours and on the other side, the customer care and sample collection center keep giving me their nonsense o[censored]p to 48 hours commitment. 2 sample were taken at the same time and my report was generated within 24 hrs, so why is there so much inconsistency?
