Thyrocare — False package told by sample collection executive

Dear sir
Tdy morning person come and collected the sample frm our residence address gh-1/223 paschim vihar.he said the package will be 1500 for one person after that he called up one person and said it will 2200 and 4400 for 2 persons..ok give me 4000 this is false and cheating with customers.
Pls let us know the actual cost.and refund 1000cash.
4000 cash collected.
