[Resolved]  Thyrocare — fraud - no referral bonus; non hygienic

Non hygienic staff - most of the staff who come to collect sample have dirty nails and hands and they also don’t follow the guidelines of wearing the disposable gloves and putting band-aid after sample collection. The patient has to ask to do all the things needed to maintain hygiene else they do in their own unhygienic manner.

Cheat - i had referred my colleague and they did’t share the referral bonus. As there was an issue on thyrocare’s platform they had asked my referral to make booking via call and still the bonus would be valid. They made my referral make the booking without giving me the bonus and despite my multiple followups they have been not addressing the same.
