We had given blood samples of 3 patients on 16/07/2022. Booking was done through toll free number, where received call back from one of the representative from personal number. Amount mentioned at the time of booking and amount taken at the time of blood sample collection where different, even though paid and didn't lodged any complaint.
But hard copies of reports are needed urgently. Your customers care whatsapp chat number is useless. Instead of solving problems they are here to irritate us.They keeps on asking for order ID where as there is no order I'd provided in soft copy or at the time of booking. We had provided customer ID and patient ID but it didn't helped. Post asking for not available order I'd it closed conversation!!!
