[Resolved] Thyrocare — No service, No Refund, Customer service silent | |
On March 31, 2021, I had made an advance payment by bank transfer for medical tests (VLC479D5). Thyrocare could not arrange a sample collection on time (claimed no technician, no supplies available) and after trying for two days, I requested a cancellation of the order with a full refund. Customer service responded on April 1 and promised refund within 2-3 days. No refund has been made so far (April 15), and Thyrocare customer support is not even responding to my requests for updates. Please note that no honest and ethical company will take an advance payment, not provide the service and refuse to respond when a refund is requested. Thyrocare, please provide a refund at the earliest. Taking someone else's money without providing service is called fraud. Was this information helpful? | |
