Thyrocare — Non receipt o[censored]rgent blood report for mother 80 years after 24 hours

My mother is 80 years and she is having high fever since three days. I booked a blood test from thyrocare on 28.8.23, sample was collected in morning 29.8.23. I requested manjeet kumar and sanjeev gaur for expediting the report. However even after 24 hours no test results have beren given. This is a grave concern as life of 80 years is under threat.
