Thyrocare — Not providing the health check report even after multiple follow ups. | |||||
I registered for aarogyam 1.7 full body check up for my mother. We went and gave the sample at the collection center. After 2 days, i contacted the customer care of thyrocare. They said there was a technical issue because of which report was not generated and we have to give the sample again. We went and gave the sample again. I called the customer care and they said again there was a technical issue because of which the report was not generated. They asked us to give the sample again. We gave the sample again but this time also we have not received any report from them. I have already paid ₹2400/- for this test. This is the last thing i am doing now. Worst service ever.
