[Resolved] Thyrocare — Poor service and unprofessional staff | |||||
I am bit lazy guy and generally don't give feedback on anything, but this time I am so pissed off that I thought I should write something about it. I had booked the Thyroid profile tests 4 days back and nobody has came to me even to collect blood sample yet. I had paid the full amount through online booking and now I am regretting it very much. I had got text message with the sample collector name and phone number but whenever I contacted that guy he simply said I can't come today, can I reschedule the appointment for tomorrow. Its happening with me for last 3 days now. I tried to complaint about the same on Thyrocare customer care number but they are equally unprofessional. Please don't get fooled by lower cost, this company is not even worth that much of money for this kind of service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
