[Resolved] Thyrocare — Rt pcr- customer care

I already filed a complaint against sample collection centre of patna, in addition to that thyrocare customer care mumbai was denying that any sample has not been received yet at their testing centre and it's still pending, it has been more than 48 hours since the sample was collected. Customer care was not very informative about the status

Updated by Prince.7 Rt pcr report still not given? i received the phone call from your customer support asking for email to provide the report but still no progress apart from numerous hoax call from thyrocare customer support that they will give the report, it the 4th day since the sample was collected. i guess the organization has misplaced the sample and the organizational behaviour is feckless.
