[Resolved] Thyrocare — Unethical behavior and damage to health reports | |||||
Complaint escalation: My order number is 05675 and it was assigned to Vaishali Kanade. The sample was collected on 23rd morning and since then I had to follow up thrice for reports. Before describing the complaint, I want you to note that the tests were prescribed by a doctor and can be done only during day 2 or day 3 of the menstrual cycle. Behavior of thyrocare: - When I followed up first time for the report, I was told that there is a system issue in report generation causing the delay. - Same day, I get sms of re-appointment and a call from Vaishali asking for another sample needed for fasting blood sugar. I told her to skip this test and at least share reports for the rest. (though I had already paid for it). - Today, when I follow up again, I am told that the tests could not be completed as sample was insufficient. My concerns: 1) Why was I kept in dark until 3rd follow up? Even now the technician claims to know nothing about it. 2) My treatment had to start based on above results and now the whole medication is delayed by a month as the next sample can be given only during next month cycle. 3) I get a stupid message saying that the remaining tests can be done until 11 Sept. Why dont your people understand that the tests can only be done after a month now. I want a total refund of 1000 Rs. as the whole exercise is fruitless. I am further tempted to raise this issue with external authorities because sheer stupidity of staff has not just caused inconvenience but has impacted my medical treatment.
