[Resolved] Thyrocare — Want my refund | |||
My order ID is VL3A7064. I booked a test with prepaid payment of ₹2685/- for my mother for on date 13-April-2021. The test should be done on 15-April-2021 at 8:30am (schedule time). But your technician didn't came and not even called me. It's been 4 days now and I didn't got any call or mail from your company. I am trying to contact your call centre executives but they are not responding satisfactory. I don't want to reschedule the test date, as COVID situation is going worst right now. So, it will be really great full, if you register my complaint and refund my paid amount back to me( that is ₹2685). Was this information helpful? | |||
