First of all i believe they really are not running a company related to heath care. It looks like they have hired courier peoples from companies like fedex. I booked my appointment on[protected], 08:00 am to 09:00 am. We were fasting since 12 hours. Morning there were no sign of calls so we decided to call on their given collection guy's number at 8:45 am. He said he was not aware that he had to come and he was like just now i received email of sample collection. I got angry on him which made him give number of another guy and he said this guy will come. When i called on that number, it was a wrong number.
Later i called their customer care number, they were like "we don't know what is going on". Upon further fighting they called me back and said i rescheduled the collection on friday which i never did. I wanted to register complaint against them but i thought of giving them another chance hoping to make their service better.
They called me after 1 day and asked about rescheduling which i agreed on[protected], 08:00 am to 09:00 am. They never apologized about their bad service but i let that go too. I received a call nearly around 8:30 am from collection guy and he was asking about address which i tried to explain but was looking like he first time came to hyderabad and they never use map or gps. Surprisingly i again received a call from their customer care after nearly 15 mins saying i rescheduled the collection at 6pm. Why the hell i will reschedule it as i am fasting since 12 hours again and waiting for him. I was much angry this time but i thought people like these will never change.
We decided to lounge a complaint against them and this is a start of it.
Never go with them, never! I saw somewhere that they are hiring freshers only and make such a big company. My message to their board is if you want to hire fresher, do it for your internal staff and let them learn real life things first. I really dont have problem with hiring freshers but expecting them to do this kind of service is like expecting a new born to give us lecture on physics. Was this information helpful? |
