We have purchased a NEW ladies Bi-cycle- Manufactured by TI Cycles -India -BSA-Breeze/flamingo/pink colour (for the usage of our poor servant maid) on 21/06/2016 from S.V.M.CYCLE TRADERS- # 3 - LB ROAD-THIRUVANMIYUR - CHENNAI-600041 invoice no 5035 frame # WC 021823 and First free service done on 21/07/2016 and 2nd free service on 21/08/2016. We lodged a complaint to SVM cycles saying that the front handlebar is very loose and could not able to control. They found that the thread on the FRONT FORK CONNECTING THE HANDLE BAR THREAD WAS WORN OUT. They assured and replaced within 5 days, with another.
At the same time I told SVM Cycles (Mr. Mani).That I am going to lodge a complaint to the manufacturer about the poor quality materials used & workmanship problem. He too agreed.
In the meanwhile when our servant maid approached and got the cycle back with a warning and threat from the SVM cycles( Mr. Mani) - that in future If you have any complaints/repairs or reports- you have to contact only manufacturer. We cannot look after your complaints /repairs.
Will you please check the quality of the removed parts is original or fake??And let me have your comments within week time after consulting and advising your agent SVM cycles (not to harass/threat to the client-poor lady by word).
If no action taken, I have to approach consumer court .And a compliant with Ombudsman.
