[Resolved]  Ticket Goose — my payment is successful but i have not received the merchant order/service confirmation. so i want refund.

I had tried to purchase bus tickets (1nos.) on 01.05.2019 for the bus at coimbatore, the transaction was failed after paying the money through googlepay. But when i saw my bank statement if is found that my money for the ticket has been deducted from my account. Hence, i request you to kindly pay back my ticket amount of rs720. The transaction id no.
