Sir i have booked my tickets from Portblair to kolkata(CCU) for 05 Aug 22. Airbus A319. My money has been deducted but ticket is not issued your collect I'd was HDF85821BF652F74EB[protected]D1618ECF and transaction I'd was T2206042150132172095246. I booked tickets at 2149 hrs on 04 Jun 22 but till now no reply i have got kindly refund my money or confirm the ticket for above mentioned journey.

            Hello Sir/Madam,

            I had booked for the following trips but got cancelled due to Covid-19 Nationwide lockdown.

            Chennai to Ooty - 30.04.2020 - Parveen travels - PNR - TGGHYMHQEYK - INR 8018
            Coimbatore to Chennai - 03.05.2020 - YBM travels - PNR - TGUVV2BEZUI - INR 3274

            Prior to the trip dates, I have received text messages from the respective travels about trip cancellation, not to cancel on my own and the amount will be refunded 100% to my account. When i checked with travels [Parveen and YBM contacts, they confirmed that the amount will be refunded from Ticketgoose but i cannot reach ticketgoose till date through phone/mobile.

            I have not received the refund till date. Herewith i have attached the tickets copy and text messages screenshots for your reference.

            Please support me in this regard.

              Yet to receive driver information. Till now no call from operator. We yet to receive the contact details of driver. Registered complaint twice with ticketgoose customer care. No response till now.

                For Today I booked ticket for my sister from chennai to Bangalore in Anand travels through ticketgoose.com only. In that boarding point and timing is cmbt Omni bus stop at 2.30pm they called me on 2 pm itself and asking whether we were coming or not then we asked to pick up her at near maduravoyal and they also agreed and they told wait near opposite to DR.MGR University so we waited there upto 30 mins. In between they called us and told like bus is departuring at cmbt then at 3.05 we saw that bus near that point but the driver didn't stopped the bus and we called to that person who called us, he didn't pickedup the phone call then we tried alot to get that driver number and we were explained our situation to make him wait to reach the bus but he is not at all listen our words and cut the call.we called the travels office and explained everything.they also not at all listening our words atlast we asked for refund the ticket amount or otherwise arrange some other bus because single lady is there.she have to manage but they are not giving response to our words then they asked where you booked ticket go to that website and mail them for refund your amount.

                So kindly refund my ticket amount within a 3-4 business day and rectify this issues and I will send mail to this website address also

                  I booked bus ticket from chennai to kodaikanal on june 19 for the date of jun 26th using citi credit card. Amount of about 1580 debited from citi credit card but ticket was not booked and amount was also not refunded to my citi credit card. Kindly refund.

                    I have tried to to book ticket in ticket goose on saturday. I selected the travels and seat and entered my account information. I received the mail that payment has been successfully completed and the amount debited from my account. But while i search in my bookings tab in ticketgoose application it is empty. The seat is not book but amount is debited from my account. Please take necessary action and do the needy asap.

                      We booked ticket from katra to amritsar for volvo ac bus sleeper for 30th march 2018. The charges were deducted accordingly. But we faces many difficulties afterwards which i am listing downside.

                      1. The bus number was not mentioned on the ticket. Neither of the bus conductor nor of a relevant person. Only time and place was mentioned for boarding.

                      2. After reaching the boarding point the bus was not there even beyond the boarding time.

                      3. After calling the helpline no we were informed to call the operator and provided his number. When we called the operator he gave the bus no. Jk-0583 which was not a volvo bus and ac was not working. Bus was stinking badly and was just like hell. You cannot provide such mode of travel on the name of volvo ac bus.

                      4. We talked to bus driver and conductor regarding our tickets and then firstly they refused to accept the online ticket. When we insisted and made them to talk to operator they gave a front bad seat which was not sufficient for 2 people. And argued to travel only on that seat otherwise asked to seek another option.

                      5. I was surprised to see that there were no other online customers in that bus. But while we were booking tickets the site was showing almost filled bus. I was not aware about the cheat they used to do on regular basis.

                      6. Bus staff was not gentle, instead of solving the problem they were harsh in words and asked to leave as they said they are not responsible for online tickets. They also informed us that there is no indo-asia volvo bus service from katra and they are just giving the seat because of the operator. They told us they are the sole bus service provider from katra to amritsar.

                      7. We had no other options hence we travelled to amritsar with fake online tickets where there was not a seat which was mentioned on the ticket also the bus service was neither volvo nor ac. The kind of service provided was totally a blunder and was of no worth for what we paid.

                      8. I am very serious about this fraud and want to refund my money for 2 persons.

                          I tried to book a ticket using ticketgoose app by upi ([protected]@axisbank) for 2, 205.00. The money was transferred from my icici bank but ticket was not booked.

                          The ticketgoose had denied saying that the money was not transferred.

                          Icici bank clearly said the money was transferred to citrus pay vpa and account number.

                          Email after email and phone calls, the ticket goose had been saying "give us some time". At the end of two months, they asked me to call citrus guy though they are ethically responsible to solve the problem.

                          The citrus guy gave the email id. But he is also not responding.

                          Overall, citrus and ticketgoose are trying take away the failed transaction money from the customers.

                              I have booked my ticket from pavoorchatram to chennai.
                              Travel pnr - tgh6ark0jd
                              I have received a confirmation message stating boarding place as "opp to rc church, sri ram travels" 6.15 was the departure time. I was waiting from 6 pm and the bus was not available there. I was trying to reach the contact person which is mentioned in the message and i didn't get any response. I received a call from the cleaner and he was asking me to come to bus stand. The driver started shouting at me "don't u know the boarding point?" my dad was explaining him softly but he was not at all ready to listen. He was telling us to go and check where you have booked your ticket. I am totally unsatisfied with their service.

                              Kindly provide the accurate information so that the customers can avoid these kind of issues in future.

                                Without any information I was shifted to other vehicle and alloted last seat. On enquiry, people badly behaved with me. So I got down of the bus and went back to my home in Chennai and my travel plan to trichy was ruined by ticketgoose website. I am filing a suit against city travels and ticketgoose if my ticket cost along with Rs 2000 for car travel to trichy is not remitted back to my account.
