Tiksha Enterprises — Order not delivered. Not taking my calls

I have purchased fridge part from their Whatsapp account. I made the payment but they haven't delivered the product yet
They are not receiving any calls and not replying on whatsapp. I can see they are reading the message. But no response.
Feel like fraud company.
