I have purchased fridge part from their Whatsapp account. I made the payment but they haven't delivered the product yet
They are not receiving any calls and not replying on whatsapp. I can see they are reading the message. But no response.
Feel like fraud company....

I had purchased vegetable box replacement from Tiksha Enterprises Delhi 110092. Item is neither shipped nor any refund received. The vendor is dodging all the time. Please help in refund

I have purchased two items for LG fridge 350ltr from tiksha enterprises worth 1220, receipt image attached. One product received wrong as specific size was not mentioned in website so i had returned the same to the owner via indian post( indian post image attached). It is been a month ago and till date the required product is not available in company store. I made calls and simple messages as well as whatsApp to send the wrong item money into my UPI ID. But he is not answering correctly nor replying to any messages. Please look into the matter and try to solve the mere problem.
