Timber World Resorts & Plantations India Limited — refund of my invested amount along with the promised returns | |||
I Farhat Sheikh, purchased 10 teak trees for Rs.1, 4500/ dated 27.05.1995 having Maturity on 27.05.2015 vide application no 145937, having certificate no.CA 3959. At the time of maturity, I was promised a return of 10 teak trees having 40 CFT each or the amount equivalent to the market rate of 10 teak trees having 40 CFT by the company named Timber World Resorts & Plantations India Limited having its Registered Office at 1st Floor, M - 42, Greater Kailash Part - II Market, Commercial Complex, New Delhi - 110 042. At the time of maturity, I was informed that Timber World Resorts & Plantations India Limited is a fraud company and had also duped many other innocent people like me. I had invested all my savings in this fraud company namely Timber World Resorts & Plantations India Limited and have nothing left for my future expenses. Through this consumer forum, I want to lodge a complaint against this Fraud Company and request Indian Penal Court, Indian Government & Sebi to look into this matter as a priority and refund the invested amount back to the Investors who are the Victims of this fraud company.
