I am Poonam Rajput. I have purchased a policy from Timberworld Resorts &Plantations India Limited in 1996. Thats purchased value of each teek tree is1450 was mentioned in certificaye. They promised me to refund rupees 1 lac rupess after ten years to this certificate. But now they are not responding as their phone &addresses are not available. Ur favour is requested. I have all relevant paper with me.

Amount invested : Rs. 43750- for Teek Tree Units 25 Year of investment :1996
Quantity of Poplar Timber Guaranteed per tree unit purchased - 30 cubic feet.

This is to inform you as well as to all the concerned bodies that above-mentioned M/s Timberworld Resorts & Plantations India Limited (TRPIL), New Delhi took an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- for Ten Poplar Tree units in the Year 1998. But till date, I have not received any return on it. I want to know the correct postal address, telephone nos., e-mail id etc of that company so that I can reach them directly. Would you please provide me all these information and update me the status of this company and my application status as well.

The purchased value of each teak tree is Rs.1450 was mentioned in certificate my application no is 145747 and certificate no is CA 3995. They promised me to refund rupees 1 lac rupees after ten years to this certificate. But now they are not responding as their phone &addresses are not available. Kindly help me in this matter. I Farhat Sheikh, purchased 10 teak trees for Rs.1, 4500/ dated 27.05.1995 having Maturity on 27.05.2015 vide application no 145937, having certificate no.CA 3959. At the time of maturity, I was promised a return of 10 teak trees having 40 CFT each or the amount equivalent to the market rate of 10 teak trees having 40 CFT by the company named Timber World Resorts & Plantations India Limited having its Registered Office at 1st Floor, M - 42, Greater Kailash Part - II Market, Commercial Complex, New Delhi - 110 042.

At the time of maturity, I was informed that Timber World Resorts & Plantations India Limited is a fraud company and had also duped many other innocent people like me. I had invested all my savings in this fraud company namely Timber World Resorts & Plantations India Limited and have nothing left for my future expenses.

Through this consumer forum, I want to lodge a complaint against this Fraud Company and request Indian Penal Court, Indian Government & Sebi to look into this matter as a priority and refund the invested amount back to the Investors who are the Victims of this fraud company.
