Hello,
My timbl customer id is 2038049
I have registered for a new internet connection in timbl on 7-may-2020 and internet installed on 13-may-2020 in the evening and then after 30 minutes later the internet is gone.
Then i have logged the complaint in timbl customer care and received the complaint id is 2038049c002 and they told me your connection will be resolved in the next 6.30 hrs working hours.
But still, my internet not working yet.

Every day i called to support team and every day i sent a mail to the support team and appellate team but no reply to me.
When i called timbl care then they told me your issue will be resolve in by today.

I have also called to these timbl people:
