Timefactory 99 — received duplicate watches

I had ordered three female watches but received three male watches which were duplicate also. I paid inr 1239. I request your goodself to kindly refund the amount and return the watches. Also the watches were of very cheap quality. I am now not even getting how to return it. There was a refundable option too but now it is not even showing. This is very disturbing.
Please do the needful.
