Times Global Insurance (Mymobile Insurance.com) — mobile insurance cheating

I have purchased 3 years mobile protection plan from times global insurance (My mobile insurance.com) through online i have paid sum of rs 6840 dated 30th november 2017.
When i call for claim for display problems a raised by sending all evidence including video file.
I have faced filling problems.
They said write a email,
After that no replay even after 3 days.
I call the cc nobody attend my calls.
I got upset i said in email after 3 days, i will lodge a complaint in police, they replay immediately your policy we are suspending, if you want to claim i need to go to their nodia office.
How funny they are. Very very worst insurance and fraud company.
Guys don't go mobile insurance by seeing good reviews and pay online, your hard earned money will vanish just like that.
I called the irdai, they said this times global insurance company or my mobile insurance.com
Not come under irdai. You need to go through consumer court only.
Very long process.
Claim team are very very dishonest person
You feel like cheated by them.
