On 14th morning 7:45 am while driving on bike on fly over of B.T Kawade suddenly my cell phone Moto x play fell down and was crushed by the other passing biker and i was horrified to see that screen was completely destroyed then later Evening I went to near by shop and replaced the entire display with screen guard which costed me around 3000, I had all my important documents and other details and it was impossible to leave without my mobile phone so i got it done by my self. please find the attached snap of the crushed mobile and bill details and repay the same as early as possible.

They have told me to take down the complaint form this forma and then only they will solve my problem so am taking this complaint back and will wait and watch .
