I have buy insurance fro my macbook last friday 16/6/2023 ‘s screen damage and i have contact them and they told me that you our technician pickup your macbook on monday now no on come to pickup my macbook also they are not responding on my mail and call also thire excutive no answering on whatsup as well

I have taken Times Global insurance for my Laptop on 10Jan22.
Now i m trying to call their listed customer care number, but it is unreachable and no one is replying to the email.

Times global is a fake company. My phone is not working. they are still not responding after 2 weeks also. They are fake.

Hi have Purchased Insurance for my laptop, While Purchasing I got connected with there agent name Swati Sharma([protected]) She told me if your laptop screen get break or any damage happen to your laptop Company is liable for same for all type of Repairs. One day My laptop screen got crack then i Connected Swati she told me to put an Email for the same after putting email swati stop texting me back there was no Response from the Company. I am still waiting for my Laptop to get it repair and the customer care never takes the call. The Company is not legit I wanted to take a Police action on the Company. I am sure there are many Customer facing same issue.

Times Global Insurance cheated hard earned money. I purchased online 2 mobile insurance from concern company . Company provided one policy certificate but another certificate is pending from last 8 months but No one response till date. So called relationship executive/manager Mr. Abhishek who's number is +[protected] didn't receive any phone calls. Neither Customer care number Girl does not give any positive response. She used foul language

1) The first of you is a private incorporated company engaged inter alia in the business of mobile/iPad/TV insurance. The First of you, operating under the name mymobileinsurance., offer mobile phone insurance plans on your website www.mymobileinsurance.com (‘Website’)....

I had taken laptop insurance from the company - times global assurance. Website : https://www.mymobileinsurance.com/ on the date of[protected] for my laptop. As per applicable on the policy i am due a refund in three years if i have not claimed any insurance. After the timeline had passed, i tried calling their number and whatsapping them. On trying to call numerous times no one picked up my call. I had to lie on the pretext that i wanted to get a new insurance policy on whatsapp to which they finally replied. Once i got to the point of asking for my dues, i was met with ignorance once again. I have tried messaging and calling after that with no success.
Finally i cced all the approproaye authorities and mailed them.
On a reply from an email they said they will cancel all my services and refund because i involved the appropriate consumer authorities.

I have taken insurance from times global, have paid 12000 for a 3 years insurance for my iphone x. I tried calling the company and sent email, they never respond. Then after a month they reply saying it should have been claimed within 10 days.

I fell off the stairs and i was holding my phone, so it broke, they also said that the damage is due to negligence.

First of all your company make false promises and charge huge amount of premium, then when its time to claim it, noone responds.

I have invested on the phone and insurance with my hard earned money, this company cant just take it and ignore its customers.

I took my iphone 5s mobile insurance dt. 29.04.2016 paid rs. 6120/-. When i purchased that policy they said that they will refund 50% of amount if no claim made in 3yrs i. E. Rs. 3060/- and after 3yrs now when i asked for refund as per initial arrangement mentioned on their website which i saved and took printout for any future police or court complaint purpose. Now, i demanded 4-5 times on email they replied that it is in process. And on further query through email they replied that it will take another 60-90 working days. And finally i sent them email for filing cheating and fraud complaint to be filed in nearest police station they started using abusive language through email itself. And said me in email that "ab lele ja kisse lega refund".

I am surprised that these kind of fraud companies are still working in india under modi government.

Please donot buy any insurance from times global insurance company.

I am going to file a police complaint tomorrow and then a court proceedings, to safeguard the interest of other people also. I am doing the social work for the welfare of general public.

I got my new mobile insured with "times global insurance". This company took my handset for repair and took a month to return it. Moreover, i found out that they had got it fixed from a local repair shop and charged me 2200/- for depreciation.
The repair was faulty and when i took this matter forward, they stopped replying. And now are using foul language over mails if asked to respond.

I have requested on 19th feb, 2019 to initiate 50% cashback i. E. Rs.4410/- (Premium paid rs.8820/-) to my bank account. As i have not received any response from times global ([protected]@mymobileinsurance.com, [protected]@gmail.com), today i have called to mobile no. [protected] given on the website https://www.mymobileinsurance.com/ for my claim. I have been informed that times global insurance company is closed due to loss. It is surprise to see that still they are selling policy on the website while they claimed as closed.

Mymobileinsurance.com a.k.a Times Global Insurance doesn’t look to be an authentic site. I have insured my iPhone 7 against damage but never got any service instead of repetitive calls.

If your phone got damage they will ask you to send your phone to noida and they will keep your phone for 4-5 months giving [censored]s reasons continuously and at last when you will threaten them they will return your phone without repairing/replacing.
You will thank god at last you got your phone back somehow.
You will end up losing insurance premium (6000rs) + money to send your phone (600rs) + 4/5 month of time following those stupid folks.

I will put consumer court case and cyber crime case as well very soon.
My ultimate goal is to shut this company, so none will be fooled again.

I had insured my iPad 2 years back and the invoice price was 58, 000 inr, last month it was stolen from my scooty and for that I provided sufficient proof. Now Times Global Insurance had only given a iPad of the same model. And that is also bit old. I appeal to higher authorities that kindly order Times Global to pay me full amount of Rs.58000 not another iPad. I paid them huge amount of 5880 as a premium alnost two years back.
Kindly file a complaint for the cheating, need my entire 58000 else I will take it legal.

I accidently dropped my phone and cracked the back cover of my samsung galaxy note 8 for which i had taken insurance from times global. i tried contacting them over the phone but they never answered. i have tried emailing them and they initially responded to me and said i will need to send my phone to them in delhi to repair. when i asked them to allow me to repair it locally and then refund me the money they refused. they also refused to give me a replacement phone for the time being as well.
In such a scenario after going back and forth multiple times they offered me a refund of my money but pro rated. i sent them my bank details but they have stopped responding to me after that. i have been following up with them since 23rd may and have sent them 4 emails but got no response. need your help to get them to respond and refund me my full money.

Sir, i have insured my i phone x from your company. Insurance policy number is [protected]. After i insured my handset from your company, with in a week i accidently broke my phone back glass and then i contacted your company to claim my insurance. After exact 24 days i got my phone back. I have also paid additional 5410rs for postling and handling of my phone. They said the phone will get repaired in authorized iphone centre and i too will get the bill for that repair neither i got the bili and my phone camera was too replaced. The camera has beed changed. I sincerely want you to look on to this matter or esle i will do whatever possible to make your company pay for this.

My screen got broke on 4th sept 2017, i registered for a claim with them. As they were asking to ship the phone and it was taking time around 10 days. I have asked for alternate method of claim process.

They confirmed on 11th sept 2017 that i can go for repair by my self and they will claim amount will be refunded in 60-90 working day. I have gone for repair and submit the bills to them.

Now i am not getting any response from them even after multiple phone calls and emails. Please help me to get the settlement amount of my claim.

They have not sent my policy documents even after 11months. Also they have not yet reimbursed my two claims, delaying it forever. Now when i called them to tell about my screen replacement of s7 edge, they told me it will get passed within 2 days since the past claims have to be closed first. Now they dont respond my emails and don ot answer my calls either. A lot of people have been cheated duped and trapped in their fraud, i talked to them and they were helpless. Please help.

Hi, i bought a laptop online recently and then i opted for insurance from times global insurance for 3 years.
I paid 9900 and now after more than 1 month they are not sending any hard copy insurance documents. I searched online about the company and seems all fake. I had cancelled my loan on the 16th of september. None of my mails were replied to and the telephone number just doesn't work.
After many attempts, i could finally reach their executive over the phone. I was told the refund would occur within 30 days.
After 30 days of waiting time, i again tried reaching via email. Having not got any response, i tried calling them up. Although the helpline is stated to be a 24x7 customer support, it just doesn't work most of the time.
This time, on picking up, i was assured my cancelled loan amount of rs 7, 800 shall be transferred by 1st november, at most

As i am writing this, it is the 2nd of november. No response, no telephone service, no action whatsoever.

Hi guys I wanna share my worst experince in fradulant TIMES GLOBAL INSURANCE, I had a receiver and speaker issue in my iphone 6s space grey on june 2017, I already got a insurance for 5800 for two years so I thought of claiming and sort the problem, I called to the customer care people and the information of claiming they asked me to send the iphone to noida to claim the insurance I also belived them and send the iphone they asked me to wait for a week so they and solve the problem and send me the iphone back, but they took more th an 25days and asked me to pay 2800 rs as a claiming charge so they have a link in pay you money I payed the money, Mr. Aman sharma & manjay tiwari was handling the case, after I received the mobile I oned it and reset everything and saw that they had send me a the mobile back with the same problem, so I again called them aman sharma and he apologised me and asked me to send the mobile back I also accepted because he requested me in this case sooo I send the mobile from chennai to noida again to solving this problem, aman asked a week time to solve the problem, but this time he took more than 35days and send a iphone back, in between there customer service was really bad, 99% they will not attend the call, we have to put continuse mail to TIMES GLOBAL INSURANCE people they will not reply us, and I opend the package and found that I received someone iphone with broken back camera a big dent in all the corners and more scratches and a big scratch in the front screen, and I shocked and called aman sharma and he said that sir really sorry they have done a wrong parcel to you, will give a compalint to the mamager and solve this case again on the next day I called aman he said that he has given a written complaint to the manager and asked me to send me the mobile to noida so he can send me a replaced mobile, and I was having that mobile for a week and send the mobile back to them and aman said will solve and provide me a replaced mobile as promised, I also accepted because of someone mistake this happend and I again send my mobile to noida and I waited for 33days and finally got parcel from them inbetween I use to call them daily they will not pick the call manjay alone will whatsup the status that its in processing its in processing AMAN SHARMA has blocked my number, he will not give responce at all, and I opened the parcel and say it was someone mobile with buldge in the display, many scratches and dents, omg I really wanna ask the people who are working in TIMES GLOBAL INSURANCE why you cheat people by doing like this, will the money you cheat us will be worth for you, by this I lost 5800(preminum)+ 2800(claim money)+1050(parcel charge) + 8000( 4months emi) worst service and worst irresponcible people, dont ever belive the good paid reviews of TIMES GLOBAL INSURANCE its a fradulant company will definetly cheats you in whatever case, my rating is waste of money 0/5, have uploded the mobile which u got do check it

I had purchased a 2 year insurance policy for my iphone 7 plus for rs.6820 on january 6, 2017. Till date, i haven't received any policy documents from them. On many occasions, i have tried contacting them through emails and phone calls to their customer service no[protected] and [protected] but got no response. I think i have been completely swindled by them. Before i bought the policy, i received so many calls from them and they were prompt in answering the calls. Once the money was paid, they have vanished. Maybe i should lodge a proper complaint to the concerned authorities including the pm office. Hope i get my hard earned money back.

Beware this is a fraudant company, i had insured my google pixel with them, they refused to give me the claim hence i told them to return the money back to which they asked me my bank account. After giving my bank acount to them i mentioned below stating a please, do not fool people, as i was fooled to which the person, who was replying to my mail stated that only fools dont understand.
How can any employ of any company talk to its perspective clients like this? This is totally disgusting behaviour and that person, infact any organisation which does not respect the customers should be blacklisted with immediate effect.

On 14th morning 7:45 am while driving on bike on fly over of B.T Kawade suddenly my cell phone Moto x play fell down and was crushed by the other passing biker and i was horrified to see that screen was completely destroyed then later Evening I went to near by shop and replaced the entire display with screen guard which costed me around 3000, I had all my important documents and other details and it was impossible to leave without my mobile phone so i got it done by my self. please find the attached snap of the crushed mobile and bill details and repay the same as early as possible.

I have purchased insurance policy for my apple iphone 6s 64GB after paying Rs. 7920.00. Recently my iphone got un-operational and I approached the company via mail after hundreds of failed phone call trials. I asked how to apply for claim from Kolkata. They asked about description of damage which I promptly replied 11 days ago.
I have also tried to visit kollata sales office or outlet as mentioned in the company's website. The people there is running a different business and told me times global insurance office left that place almost a year ago.
No one since then bothered to reply me how to lodge a claim and no one is picking up the phone number mentioned.

I took insurance of 2 years which cost me 6000 rupees from this company on 1st july 2016 for my iphone 6s now i have problems in my phone so i started approaching this company for repairs but no one is responding. Reading the reviews here i can guarantee yes its a fraud company. I have bought a Microsoft Surface pro 4 in December 2016 and for the same I have purchased the Insurance Plan for 1 year through Online portal of Times Global Insurance at http://www.mymobileinsurance.com/.
I have enquired very well on its so called Customer Care no. where salesperson Veronica made me understand that they cover each and every loss damage theft of the devices.

Accidently this device got damaged in May'17 and the screen cracked on the corner of the device. I have approached the Microsoft Customer Care for the repair of the same, but they refused as it is not repairable but only replacable.

Then I approached Times Global for the Repair/ Replacement as per my Insurance Plan.
Mr Aman ( [protected]) advised me to send a email and few pics of the same, rest they will arrange. it was on 05th May 17 .
since then I have not recd any response from this fraud company ( more than 2 moths elapsed)
Whenever I called the fraudulent and lier employees of this company they always said we will arrange a call back from their some so called claim deptt head named Mr Govind ([protected]), but it never happened.
Rather this no. of Mr Govind is also a lie, this phone no. is not reachable every time (anyone can try anytime)
Now they have blocked my phone no., none of these fraud employees picks up my call, and whenever I call from some different no, they picks up in anticipation of another prey to their scam.
How this Company is Fraud and Fake
1) This is a entity having name of Times Global Insurance, but at the site the rankings link open for a different company of another country i.e.squaretrade.com
2) They do not have any permanent address (on site it is shown at lajpat Nagar), when asked over phone they will tell at Faridabad and when full address is asked they will tell of Indirapuram Gaziabad
3) EMployees will say that they have left the job and few days later they will again pick the phone.
4) Some Mr Abhishek Sharma is the head of this company but no-one can contact him
5) Ratings with 4 star, 5 stars are fake ratings, It's a bogus company, these people are cheating the customers.

I going to take severe action on this company, and request all the readers please do not tolerate scam companies, file a complaint. So many people are losing their money, time, patience.
