Times Group — femina magazine subscription not received

Dear sir/ madam,

This is to informed that i had femina magazine subscription in the month of sept, 2017. I had not gotten magazine in the month of oct., 2017. Than, i had call to customer care no. After three times call, than after, i had gotten oct., 2017. Next month i had not gotten magazine. Than, i had call to customer care no. Than, i had gotten magazine for the month of nov., 2017. Next month i had not gotten magazine. Than, i had call to three times customer care no. & also create complaint online two times 21/12/2017 & 30/12/2017. Than, i had not gotten magazine for the month of dec., 2017 till date.

Please go through my complaint & do some solution for it.
