Complaint Against TimesJobs for Failure to Cancel Subscription and Continued Charges
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against TimesJobs regarding their refusal to cancel my subscription despite multiple requests. The details are as follows:
1. I subscribed to TimesJobs services on 09 October 2024 for hire employees but as they committed that we will get so many responses but it wasn't true that's i am not satisfied with their service and not getting responses from candidates on my post.
2. I requested cancellation of the subscription on 10th October 2024, but the company failed to act on my request.
3. I continue to be charged for the service, which I no longer wish to use. The repeated requests to resolve this matter have been ignored.
This refusal to cancel the subscription and the continued charges are causing financial loss and mental stress. I kindly request the court to intervene and direct TimesJobs to:
Cancel my subscription immediately.
Refund any charges incurred after the initial cancellation request.
Provide compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss.
