Timesjobs.com — Did no provide services even after paying

I have paid Rs. 7900 online for purchasing the various services like Resume writing, relationship officer getting job offers etc. through order no. 1279931 dt. 07.01.2014 & order no. 1280031 dt. 07.01.2014. However I did not get any of above services since last 1.5 yrs. I have dropped series of mails for inquiry but they are telling that the services are no more valid.
