There is course offered by IIM Lucknow through Timespro.IIM Executive program of Leadership and Change Management. I had applied for the course in Feb'24 with start date in March'24 which was scheduled for 8 months (Ending maximum by Nov'24). Keeping these specific dates I enrolled into the course. However till today live sessions have not started. The course duration shown now is 9 months without committed start date.
Also there has been complete unprofessional behavior. There are no notifications for any change of date, no calendar, no study material as mentioned in one of the orientation which happened after delay of many weeks.
I am the CEO of organisation with long term plans scheduled. This change in schedule is affecting my business commitments. Hence I requested for withdrawal of course enrollments and refund of fees to which Timespro is absolutely deaf ear. They are least bothered to respond to any mails and queries. Rather they are pushing delays on IIM in some cases is what other peers have update.
I had a pathetic experience where I feel cheated with wrong commitments, taking so much of advance money and then stating that it is non refundable. Ans this makes them more careless to respond to any questions or issues.
With this behaviour after big amount of payment makes the intentions of Timespro clear, My request is to get my money back. (It is paid by the organisation and one has to justify it which is failed here)
