I had applied for the course in Feb'24 with start date in March'24 which was scheduled for 8 months (Ending maximum by Nov'24). Keeping these specific dates I enrolled into the course. However till today live sessions have not started. The course duration shown now is 9 months without committed start date.

In December month, we take admission (after entrance exam and interview) in timespro for icici relationship manager and paid ₹20000 own money rest amount by lone and my batch start 15.03.2023 and end 15.04.2023 also all exam completed and i waiting for offer letter but we have a call on 12.04.2023 and he said you don't complete entrance exam in December so we send a new email I'd with password then he will give offer letter.when I said without entrance exam completed you(timespro) how to take admission, payment and tranning all these complete then we(timespro) said I(timespro) do not know.what to do please suggest me

I successfully completed 3 month course in Pgscm and e-commerce from timespro, after completing this course till now 5th month running I didn't get any placement opportunities in my location.
My Counselor Ma'am didn't pick my calls and also not answering my WhatsApp message, before taking admission in this course she said after completing 3 month course you will get placement opportunities in your location with 30% hike what you getting now.
Now I need what they promised they do it or refund my money as soon as possible.

Timespro got in touch over calls and asked if interested for the course, when i expressed my interest timespro representative took all the details, documents from my end and asked me to apply for the course from my end as well. My percentage was belonthan the required one for this particular course but the representative showed he is going beyond to help me out and we had multiple long conversations over the call (I believe thats when the did profiling on me) and after the course start date on fine day representative called and informed i got selected so need to make the payment asap wihin the same day.
Here i need to mention, from day 1 i have mentioned all the time that right now i am not working so even if i get shortlisted first i need to check if i can avail a loan for this or else i wont be able to do the same. Thats when the representative memtioned they have dedicated banking partners who are gonna arrange everything regarding the loan so what i need to worry about is only one thing which is getting shortlisted.
So when i got the email about getting shortlisted i asked him now i need to speak to the loan team he mentioned loan team will get in touch with me once i make the first installment amd get the enrolling process complete. The first installment was 44250. I borrowed that from family and completed the enrollment process, these all happened the day before first class and one week after the orientation is done. Next day at 9 i received mail including the zoom call id and website access, but to complete the access activation process i missed first half of the first class, but i continued with that, att nded the second class too. Classes are on sat and sun. During next week i requested again and again to arrange a call with the banking partners of tims pro, somehow it was arranged, first i spoke to icici bank, and they refused to provide a loan as i am not working, i mentioned that timespro was well aware that i am jot working and they mentioned they will arrange the loan from their end with the help of their banking partnrs, then why are you refusing my request, his response was please check with timspro directly. I informed the same to the same timespro representative and immediate asked for cancellation process, he reassured and said that banks ar sometimes rigid but nothing to worry fintech companies will allow, thats when i started to receive mails for second installment, i have attended the third class and the fourth class got cancelled due to some internet issue from teacher's end. Next week after my multiple request the representative arranged another call fom fintech company, i am unable to recall the name, that lady mentioned the same as icici person, and said cant provide any loan due to the same reason that i am not working. I informed to timespro and wrote multiple emails to cancel the course immediately and refund the money.
All these started since novmber and till now i have not received any resolution. I have also worte on the timespro grievance team and icare team, course management, and operations, nobody is providing any resolution not even responding.

Kindly help me out to come out of this situation. I can share all the emails and relevant details if needed.

Timespro is a fraud company. Never invest your money in this company. Save yourself. They took 94440Rs from me for pgdsrb. They promise me to gave me location under 300km but gave me location 653km from my hometown in Ujjain. After joining my reporting manager treated me like a maid. I had taken admission in may 2019 for PGDBM course in Times Pro, those people had said that after the completion of the course, you will be placed in the bank of your home location in operation role, but after the completion of 3 months course till now neither those people tell me about any job nor gave me any certificate. Now it has been more than two and a half years, I do not have any job. They even closed the office of Times Pro in Indore...
