TIN - NSDL — no response from tin nsdl

I had applied for tan number almost one month back, following which they said they couldn't process because of non-payment of processing fees. I got in touch with the bank and resolved the issue. Also, mailed them an attachment showing bank statement where the amount has been debited. But still since last two weeks they are still maintaining that they have not received the processing fee. Whereas, mt husband who has applied with me following the same process has been confirmed of the tan being processed and sent for printing. Can they please respond in correspondence to the mails i have been sending. Acknowledgement number - [protected]
