Pan card application form

On 10th April Monday 2023, i filled up the form to make a new pan card with token number of [protected] and also paid the payment of
Rs 106.90 payment was successful and money deducted but further pan card process has failed. So i want my deducted money...

    Refund of deducted money

    When I applied for pan card by mistake I pay two times of amount 106.90 of two different application so now I want my refund of one and one application is accepted....

                  My name is ng ankur singh on my pan card. However, the same is indicated as ngagom ankur singh in the it database. I do not understand how the name ngagom is indicated in the it database in place of ng.

                  As there is no full or expanded form of ng and my name in all my certificates, property documents and bank accounts are as ng ankur singh, the name ngagom in it database due to system error is creating a lot of problems for me. I am not able to link my eps 95 pension account to my pan bphps6945b due to which i may not get my pension due to no fault of mine.

                  I am a regular tax payer and paying my taxes against my pan card with the name ng ankur singh on the same. Due to the error ngagom in it database, my form 16 and 26as are coming in the name of ngagom ankur singh. I do not know who is ngagom ankur singh. This is creating double identities for me for no fault of mine.

                  I have applied for correction in first name more than 1 year back but still the same has not been resolved. When ng is being accepted as two letter name everywhere (Passport, aadhaar, voter id etc.) please confirm why the same is not considered in it database. I do not understand that the name ngagom in it database is indicated on the basis of which document when the name in pan card is ng ankur singh.

                  Please note that ng is not an initial but a two letter name which the nsdl customer does not want to understand. I have submitted all documents, clarification leter etc. As asked for but still the problem is not resolved.

                  I am psychologically very disturbed and feel helpless due to this error and getting sleepless nights as my family may not get any compensation or insurance claim due to error in first name i. E. Ngagom in the it database.

                  As such, it is requested to please correct my name as ng ankur singh in the it database.

                    Hi,

                    I have applied for corrections in my wife's pan card on feb 20, 2019. Application has been accepted and the new card has been posted via speed post on march 06, 2019, but till now i didn't receive the pan card when check the status in speed post website data shows it has been delivered on march 13, 2019. I raised complaint in speed post and pan website no response from them and even i tried to reach them via phone but the toll free numbers they are provided is of no use. This is really bad from such bigger organizations.

                      I had applied for change in name on pan card. I provided all relevant document i, e marriage certificate, passport copy, uid, gazette copy in the revised name & also explain in the separate undertaking for the change in name. But in spite of this every time different queries & they hold my application. I am working women, working in mnc & regular payer of tax. Tele caller miss. Renuka is extremely arrogant in speaking. Sorry to say this is very disheartening to say that we are living in democracy & digital india. I called 4th time to call center & not happy to their response.

                        I have filled two times details for pan, first time first flight courier service (Uttam nagar) not delivered the card and then again i filled the details and this time again, i don't know where is the pan card.                           I had applied for tan number almost one month back, following which they said they couldn't process because of non-payment of processing fees. I got in touch with the bank and resolved the issue. Also, mailed them an attachment showing bank statement where the amount has been debited. But still since last two weeks they are still maintaining that they have not received the processing fee. Whereas, mt husband who has applied with me following the same process has been confirmed of the tan being processed and sent for printing.                               I have to link my aadhar with pan i did it paperless option from nsdl site because i have to update my dob in pan but they have taken the fee rs 115 for online linking and last gave the message unable to update please visit pan center for updation in pan with biometric then i visited pan center to update my dob with aadhar card there they said please update your aadhar name in aadhar card. Since i am south indian i have intial in my name whis is t shrinivasan as printed in my aadhar card and in pan card it is tanjure shrinivasan because short forms cant be used in pan so they said to update aadhar card first. So tell me one thing i have given my aadhar in all bank accounts and in any kyc needed anywhere so why should i change aadhar details becuase i have to update my pan and do all this kyc all over again once i change my aadhar details.
                              Just to update pan details i have to go through this which is really poor
                              From goverment site to makes software which compatible for all by just linking one aadhar no. And pan no given and freeze it, why the details of two cards have to be matched whose norms of two card at the time of creation was different how the hell both there data will be matched which creates complications

                                Hi,

                                I have mailed (complained) 4 times regarding my PAN name change through tin.nsdl.com. I have chosen e-kyc/e-sign option to change PAN name and done with payment also but i am unable to complete my process post receiving Aadhaar OTP. I am getting error message that "Could not Process your request please try again" for this i have raised issue and spoke with customer care but no one from unable to help on this.

                                  I have applied a new pan card online through tin-nsdl.com on nov 9th 2017
                                  After submitting the application online, it did debited fees from my account but did not get any acknowledgement no.

                                  I did not save the transaction number on the screen during that time and don't know the status yet. Have even dropped an email to the support contact, but no response.

                                  I am really fed up and unable to escalate my problem. The amount has already been deducted from my account.

                                            I am Professor Kalyana Chandrashekhar Iyer working at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. I had been allotted PAN card in 1997 by Bhubaneswar IT office when I was working in DRDO at Balasore. There had been an error in spelling of name. My name in the PAN card is spelt as "Chandrasekhar" instead of "Chandrashekhar". I was recently appointed as Independent Director in a company and the company officials along with several documents also requested me to submit PAN Card copy. After seeing the mistake in the name they asked me to get it corrected by applying online with TIN-NSDL. Accordingly, I did fill up the online application form and deposited the necessary amount through net banking.on 05th Jan 2012. After depositing the money I waited as per instructions of NSDL site's instructions: "Please wait while your transaction is in progress", I waited for over 15 minutes, when I suddenly sound that the session has expired and I was advised to login and redo the entire exercise. Since I had done my job till deposition of money, I contacted NSDL Pune office on 05th on phone, when their call centre executive said that transaction would take one day, it would be better i.e., I contacted on 6th. A new executive even without listening to me says it would take 2 to 3 days to get to know the acknowledgement and asked me to contact on Monday, the 9th Jan. She also advised me to send a mail giving details of application, etc. which I did on 6th.
                                            When I contacted NSDL office today on phone, I had to struggle with yet another representative who asked me to call them on after two days. Even after a lapse of 4 days, they are not in the position to acknowledge the receipt of online application and money, leave aside the remaining formality. The call centre executives do not even let me talk to their superiors and I completely clueless whether I should submit another application and deposit the changes once again, or they have received the details sent online and they are working on it.
                                            I have sent two mails: one on 6th and the second today. Request for kind intervention please.

                                            All the executives including the seniors are bloody they don't give the full information just look to them they use to do arguments with the customer they don't know how to attend the customer they don't have any manners the mistake is done by ur team n blaming to the customers i want the reply on my cell number at [protected] or [protected] other wise i will do the complaint in all over the India i will send this news to the press just want the reply and want my pan card as soon as possible + i want the amount return which i spend on the fax which is Rs.70 and today itself i am posting u the documents in evening it will reach to u by Friday or it may can reach u earlier also i dont care i want the pan card in a week after reaching docx to u otherwise i will take this news to the press and u all have to give the answers

                                              I fully agree with the complaints posted here. No staff in NSDL is competent enough to handle customer applications/grievances. Let them close their offices. They just do not want to work. They are simply harassing the public. I am also one of the affected persons. My PAN AAMPU4333L is awaiting correction in residential address right from Nov 2011. The fee of Rs 98 remitted, All docs submitted. Yet NSDL does not want to do anything in this direction. We are all honestly and dutifully paying our taxes. If a dutiful citizen who is regularly paying his tax, is harassed like this, it should not be left easily. All these complaints should be forwarded to PMO and President of India. Let them do something about these lazy lot.

                                                my ack no.[protected], & I am suffered from last one month for my pan card and i make so many calls to pan office for undelivered pan they told me first time they sent by bluedart courier but i not get because address was wrong entered by alankit M2K office people on the fee deposit or application submitted time so, why i suffered i already make an call before since thrice week for updated my address but pune pan office doesn't updated still and once again sent by speed post on wrong address. As per telephonic disscussion with CCE PAN PUNE OFFICE they was given me doc no.EM[protected]IN of speedpost generated After 8 days and tell me contact with delhi speed post dept. But i could not get my pan or proper reply still i am hang why?

                                                  I have paid Self assessment tax oe Rs 4151/= vide SBI challan Number 163 Dated 11 May 2011. for Assessment year[protected]. I am in possesson of Taxpayer counterfoil which is correctly showing AY[protected] but I find that Form 26 AS of TIN - NSDL is showing it against AY[protected]. I have sent mail to [protected]@nsdl.co.in on 26 May along with scan of taxpayer counter foil. When I contacted [protected] they told that there is no way to correct Form 26 AS even if I have sent them the proof of counter foil. How do I show this self assessment tax paid while filing IT return on line for AY 2011-12. For filing on line return is there any provision to show the Tax payer counterfoil ?My PAN Number is AAEPP1188N. The BSR CODE of SBI Panvel Where I deposited the tax is 0000448. My name is ANANT GOVINDRAO PASHILKAR.I file my IT Return at PANVEL. I am a retired Air force officer What is way to prove that Rs 4151/= is the self assessment tax for FY[protected] ?                                                   When paper returns are being replaced by on line returns and form 26 AS of TIN- NSDL is proof of tax paid by individual. and if any incorrect data gets filled in 26 AS due to some mistake and individual points the error with documentary proof, there is a need to rectify after due varification . the law abiding tax payer should not be shunted from piller to post. procedure is required to be set for rectification on line.
