We had booked 3 rooms of 1000rs each through TTD website. We had also paid caution deposit for the accommodation. While checking out they informed us that the caution deposit would be refunded in 3 to 4 working days. It's been more than 3 months by now we have still not received the refund. When we started calling to the given phone number they never picked the call. It's not even a small amount. Was this information helpful? |
