We visited Tirupati and stood in line of sarvadarshan with tokens, at 12 in night. Security abruptly opened one side away from cardoned line, leading to chaos, pushing running etc. Again management opened two waiting halls at a time leading to chaos, pushing in crowd at the exit gate of waiting hall and again at security check gate. So three times, we faced this mismanagement by devasthanam.

My handicapped sister and my mother for non co operating
Yesterday on[protected] my handicapped sister and my mother went to tirumala tirupati devasthanams my sister is handicapped for handicapped children their is direct darshan and she should be not stand in the darshan line yesterday while we asked them for to leave direct darshan for my handicapped sister and my mother and they were saying that you should leave only to your sister not mother can go with her and they where telling that send my sister with other peoples how can we leave my sister with other peoples of something goes wrong means who will be responsible to that and after that my handicapped sister and my mother stranded in darshan line for 3 to 4 hours so I pleaser request to take strictly action on them of their misbehaviour of your trusties

Non refund of accomdation deposit money
I am D. Ramya sai lavanya, working in A.P. High Court.
On[protected] I visited Tirupati along with my friends for Swamivari Dharshanam(VIP Dharshanam) on the same day we stayed in Narayana Giri Block Accommodation provided to us. While paying for the accommodation I paid Rs. 700/- as deposit(Which should be refunded) and extra Rs. 500/- for room. The deposit money Rs. 700/- should be refunded within 7 to 10 days time, but the money has not refunded till today.

Kindly look into my complaint and please credit my money back which was debited as refunded deposit.

TTD soldy room with out my consent
We have booked 2 rooms via online @ TTD website. Check in @[protected]. We have reported @ CRO office as per the instructions provided by TTD on booking form. Some volunteers have scanned my accommodation voucher and said that we will get SMS in next 10 min if not they asked to come back. We went back in 15 min as we didn't received SMS. then they scanned again and asked to take photograph of Guesthouse allotted to us. But they didn't informed that we need to report at the guest house with in 2 hours. We went ahead for lunch and then to hair tonsure to my Niece. We reported at the guest house @ 3:30 PM. They told that my reservation is expired and no room will be allocated to me at any cost. We went back to CRO office to check on this, behaviour of TTD employees is rude and they are in a position to hear our version also. They literally sold my room to some others. I have my right to use room till next day morning. I believe TTD has no right to sell my room to others as I have reported @ CRO office as per the timelines specified in my booking form. We faced lot of pain and agony in finding room. We finally changed our clothes in some dormitory ( for women) and on the roads ( for men) and went to darshan and headed to Tirupati late in the midnight. We request to file case against TTD on their idiotic rule and help us with compensation along with room charges as I haven't used .

Regarding harassment to Pilgrims

Dear sir,
I have one complaint against your system . This is my first complaint against TTD but not the least .( Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Trust ) . I was thinking for a long time whether to complain or not, but finally I have decided.
Then after if the system will not change I will go to the upper level and raise the case . I am honestly talking about this .
Why do you all want to hide the news about the Darshan & Accommodation date and suddenly open the booking date? The pilgrims are facing so many problems and they don't know when to open and when the bookings are full. why not inform you before one month the booking date of Darshan & Accommodation . last month means October month on 28/10.22 you informed in the notice that November Quota will be released for booking for Darshan & Accommodation. But Again you informed suddenly on 10.11.22 and just next day you opened the slots of December month for Darshan booking . What is this and why do you all want to cheat with Pilgrims? within a 1 hour all Quota means 1 December to 31 December all date slots are automatically filled ? and the Accommodation date not Released yet, still waited. that date also nobody knows and they all waste his time to check time to time . I think per day per hour minimum 1000 Booking slots is Available for Pilgrims . Think about a per day minimum 12000 to 15000 slots available for Darshan . 12000 x 31 = 372000 slots are booked only within a 1 hour ? Please stop the cheating and Business .
You should inform us one month or at least 15 days in advance for the booking date of Darshan & Accommodation . So that we plan or we can prepare about this and we will not waste our time checking the daily for booking . Fix one date before one month or at least 15 days in advance for the booking date of Darshan & Accommodation
Please Do not cheat on anyone and be honest . This is devalayam not any business Centre . Other states also complain about this. they can not book the tickets for Darshan timely .
I request you to change the system and try to help pilgrims in an easy way and implement other benefits for help not harassment .

Pig menace

I stayed at Seva sadan 2 from 28.08.22 to 02.09.2022 for doing Parakamani Sava. I observed that pigs are freely roaming near Seva Sadan 2 spilling the garbage from the garbage bins. One morning, it was about to attack a sevak. It is highly surprising how the pigs are allowed. They are health hazard and give poor image on TTD.administration. Kindly take necessary action

We had booked 3 rooms of 1000rs each through TTD website. We had also paid caution deposit for the accommodation. While checking out they informed us that the caution deposit would be refunded in 3 to 4 working days. It's been more than 3 months by now we have still not received the refund. When we started calling to the given phone number they never picked the call. It's not even a small amount.

I was booked accommodation on 18/05/2022 through online facility TTD online, while booking accommodation we have only two options one is tirupati and anyone is tirumala (it will be shown talakona) i was gone many times online booking, but above given date recently I am get accomodation and refund also, but am don't mind refund, my objection online booking also in TTD website allotment office doing so much frad to the pilgrims, how it is correct, they want to busyness, do some where, so many pilgrims are coming to dharn through online room accommodation kindly take action to facilitate officer at tirumala

Seva dharshan and accommodations
For sarva dharshan tickets are given in srinivasam complex for next day evening or night dharsham. But accommodation facilities are not provided even though vacant rooms are available.we can see pilgrims are surrending keys for vacating rooms but in counter they said it was informed to provide rooms only to vvip request holders but not to general public..the same was infirmed in tirumala counters also. If tickets are provided for next day evening how will the pilgrims will be without rooms. There no srperate queues were arranged for foot path pilgrims. Then dont issue tickets for next day i[censored] cant accomodate ppl for that day. Worst services.. we returned without even having dharshan..

I would like to highlight an issue I faced during the e-special entry darshan ticket booking service online. I have registered on the official website https://tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in/#/login. I have booked a ticket for the TTD E-special entry darshan on 24.08.2021 for 5 members with Rs 1500/-. The Booking Transactions got failed, but the money was deducted from my ICICI Debit Card and I did not receive any mail saying the status of the ticket(Whether...

Unruly behavior by the room allotment counter staff & collection of excess amount for the extension of accommodation

As per the above booking of accommodation I had been allotted room No.302 on 30.08.2021 at 20.31 pm. and I approached to the counter staff at Madhavam complex to get the keys for the room. The counter staff rudely behaved without any reason and talked to me in singular language and made me wait for 30 minutes to give me the room keys even though no one is waiting at the counter . As he threw the keys instead of giving to me, he had also informed me rudely that if I had not vacated the room by the next day my belongings would be thrown out of the room.
The next day due to unforeseen circumstances and as my Senior Citizen wife was unwell, I had extend the stay for the night of 31.08.2021. Hence I had approached the counter staff at about 7.00 pm on 31.08.2021 and requested him for the extension of room by one night. But the same staff refused to give extension and asked me to go the Head Office of the TTD to get the allotment. Then after waiting for half an hour, the same staff called me and asked me Rs.1000 as bribe/pay-off for himself. When I refused to pay the same and informed him that I would make a complaint to the authorities, he allotted 1 day extension and demanded for Rs.1600 for room rent and refundable deposit (800+800). Then after having made the payment he had allotted me the extension of stay. He had also used unparliamentary words for not giving himself the amount he had demanded for.
The next day morning I had vacated the room at about 7.30 am and again went to him to hand over the keys. He had refused to hand over the receipts and put the same in his pocket. when I demanded him the receipts after the vacation of the room, he again demanded Rs.1000 for himself and I refused to give him. Again he used unparliamentary words to me and everyone around there witnessed the same. mischievously he had also made some alterations in the allotment book which had raised some doubts about him. I had not received any SMS for having vacation of the room. He had also refused to give his name. He has some TATTOO in his arms as his identity.
Totally I had paid Rs.1600 online and Rs.1600 as cash over the counter of which I had to get a refund of Rs.800+Rs.800. At this juncture I request you to take immediate action against the staff for his rude behavior and conduct over the Senior Citizen Pilgrims and for seeking bribe from them. Also please expedite refund of the caution deposits of Rs.800+Rs.800.

Refund for failed transaction
I booked special darshan tickets but tickets were not confirmed and amount was debited 800 and the transaction is shown failed.. please kindly refund the debited amount from TTD..

on 16.6.2015 i made online payment for tirumala tirupati devasthanams of 900 through my SBI Debit card my transaction was failed with error "Reasons: Sorry! we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". but the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.so what should i do now? please reply me at my email metioned below.

Discriminatory Practice for booking Accommodation at Tirumala/Tirupati for Pilgrims

Dear Shri.Gopal:
Greetings.
I was informed, when trying to enquire about Madhavam guest house reservation, over the telephone, that the rooms are allotted ONLY to couples who are married but not to the individuals or singles or individual spouses though married: which I feel is purely discriminatory practice...would greatly appreciate if this practice is changed to provide equal opportunity to any pilgrim to make use of the accommodation facilities of TTD.
Earlier such practice was not existent and all are equally allowed to avail of the accommodation facilities.
Kindly reverse this practice of discrimination and help the pilgrims.
