TIT Bhopal — Non-receipt of original migration certificate, character certificate & tc

Respected Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that I had taken admission of my son Ojas Kumar in BE at TIT Group of Institution, Anand Nagar, Bhopal on 02.08.2016 (Copy attached) which Enrollment No. is 16-17STU10276. In 12th Class, his main subject was Biology and additional subject was Maths. Before joining the class of TIT Institution, he decided to go a head with main subject and taking the admission with Botany (Hons) and also wanted for preparing the examination of PMT.

As per discussion of my son, I went to Bhopal at TIT on 22.08.2016 with my son and submitted an application for cancelling the admission and provide us the original documents as submitted at the time of admission but only the 10th & 12th Mark Sheet was returned by Shri Raman Sir whose mobile no. is [protected]. As per Chairman Office, Shri Satish Singh, his mobile no. is [protected], assured me on 23.08.2016 that Migration Certificate of 12th CBSE, Character Certificate and TC will be sent on Monday i.e. 29.08.2016 positively by Registered Post due to next two days was holidays. So, I returned back on 24.08.2016 for home town at Garhwa Road, Palamau, Jharkahand. Shri Satish Singh provided me your Mobile No. [protected] and taken my Mobile No. [protected] for consulting the said matter. I have been trying to consult his Mobile No. every day except Sunday but he did not receive my call. One day I tried to call from other mobile no., he responded my call and said that “Aap ka kam ho raha hai, jald hi bhej denge”. More so, I have also been consulting with Shri Raman Sir every day except Sunday, he received the call but only one replied “Tension mat lijiye aap ka kam ho raha hai.” But I regret to inform that I could not receive the said certificate till today, due to which my son is facing difficulties to take admission in Botany (Hons).

Considering above facts & circumstances, it is requested to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis to resolve my problem for looking to the career of my son, as now it is getting delayed substantially that I could live peacefully.
