Tjori — Fraud / Undelivered Order

Long Story short -
This was an urgent order placed on 1st August 2021, with a promised delivery date of 15th August 2021 .
The order moved into production with craftsman the moment I made the payment .
Till 15th August, no email or message or call was received from the Tjori team informing me about any kind of delay .
I called up on 16th August to check, but was informed by a robot on the phone that their CUSTOMER care numbers are all closed since everyone is working from home. I decided to cancel the order and requested the same through an online portal.
To which I received a robotic reply with a promised call back from a human in the next 24-48 hrs (by 18 august )
I never received any call or mail on the same, and again tried calling on 18th, getting the same response on the phone . Also, my cancellation request was dishonoured without giving any explanation .
In the meantime, the order delivery date got updated for 22nd August, from 15th August.
I again set up a cancellation request, as I did not want the order, for the simplest of reasons, that everything with the company seemed to be robotic and fraudulent.
The cancellation request continuously got dishonoured and no call back was ever made by any of them .
I have sent numerous emails and reminders and warnings, but all seem to be vain .
I kept getting automated mails stating and promising a call back from a human, but no one ever called me till now .
At the same time, their social networking page was continuously getting updated with new products and services .
My numerous requests, reminders, complaints & warning mails are attached along with this mail. I have more in store.
It was on 23rd August, when I received the first mail from them ( after me warning them for legal action ) . But the way they have replied is attached hereby, it all seems like my fault .

### from the company are responding saying, they do not have a return policy .
I would like to open their dumb shut brains and let them know, that there is nothing to return, as there was nothing ever received .
Also their website clearly says in their policy, and even if that doesn't, it's the right of the CUSTOMER to take a call for cancellation, if there is a delay from the company, beyond acceptable time .Also The company never ever tried to inform me about any sort of delay . Never ever.
I was told that they will ship out the product at any cost ( even though i don't want it anymore, more because of their filthy behaviour), they mailed me saying if i dont want the order, I can refuse the delivery and they will issue me a credit for lifetime ( mail attached ) . IT'S A SHEER HARASSMENT to a CUSTOMER and I am assuming, they hold up money like this from many CUSTOMERs (feedback read and received ), putting it to FD and making interest out of it .
Dear Consumer FORUM Team, I myself belong to the defence fraternity and it will be a cake walk for me to pin TJORI down on legal grounds . It's not about 4171/-, it's about tolerating fraud people like the one working or owning TJORI.
Hence, I request your intervention in this matter and resolve it in terms of getting my money back .
Also, the money held up forcibly by TJORI, must incur all necessary charges of interests and other liabilities.
