I have ordered a kalamkari cotton slip with order id[protected] on February 25, 2025. it got delivered by 28th feb where i found the size wont the as the same i ordered so i want to exchange but they wont have any exchange policy due to which have to return it, but after return they wont initiate any refund of amount....

I have ordered from Tjori online store few months back and prepaid the amount of Rs 2299. After 2 months and after doing many follow ups with the customer support team when i still did not receive the product i requested them to cancel it. As per their policy they do not refund the amount (which was no where mentioned when i ordered the product) and order they are unable to send for 4-6 months which is quit long period for anyone to wait. Again after many follow ups they provided me with a voucher of Rs. 2299 mentioning that its for life time. Now when i am trying to order online and mentioning that voucher code, it firstly says order is confirmed and again took Rs 75 from upi payment but within few minutes it says order is unfulfilled. Again i am trying to email customer support but emails aren't going on [protected]@tjori.com and neither on [protected]@tjori.com & neither any contact number is connecting.
Pls help me to get my amount back of Rs 2299+75= Rs 2374 as i am sure they will never deliver any product being a fake site and neither they will refund.

I have raised complaint on pending delivery
But support team is not responding about dispatch..

I ordered one kurta and one jacket from this site, product was not upto the mark, and i returned the product and now their email is bouncing and they are not reponding at all.

I ordered a number of products from Tjori in July 2022. It is October 17th 2022 today and I have not received my order. I have followed up at least 15 times during this period but I get generic response of “your order will be shipped in 48-72 hours”. Email is the only option of follow up. They are not offering refund. Only vouchers. They can’t deliver my order; why would I want vouchers from them? Please help getting my money or my order.

This is to inform you that a clothing brnad named tjori is duping customers by making false promises. I had order a suit set from them in August 1st week, and the expected delivery was between 7-9 Sep. Now, we are in October and they have not delivered my product. Everytime I write to them they conveniently delay the time of my delivery and make fse promises of delivering it. I had made an oine payment and they are quite when I ask for refund from them.

I have ordered White Organza Kurta from Tjori on 22 july 2022, expected delivery date was 3 Aug 2022.
Order not received on above date, then extended delivery date was 25 Aug 2022 and after few days when I checked, it automatically removed my item from orders and it was not mentioned under billing as well.
After multiple mails to get in touch, I got to know that they have cancelled the order on their own. I kept on mailing them that I want to speak to human coordinator through phone call, but all in vain. and the contact number on the website is said Invalid when dialled.
Then again after many emails, they said that they will provide credit voucher of tjori for the above said order as they are unable to complete the order. I denied but they turn deaf ear to any requests.
And now they have given me credit voucher of tjori instead of refund.
Now I am again stuck at Tjori and I need to buy from them which I am not willing to.
This is such a wrong act of theirs. My money got stuck with them and I don't want to shop with tjori again after such experience.

I ordered for a Kurta on June 05, Delivery date given was June 17, 2022

After consistent follow-up, below were the dates given :-

YOUR FIRST DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 17, 2022
SECOND DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 21, 2022
THIRD DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 24, 2022
FOURTH DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 28, 2022
FIFTH DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JULY 07, 2022

I waited patiently all these days. I got a response from Sanjay, that they cannot refund AS THEY DO NOT HAVE BANK REFUND POLICY AND WILL ISSUE A CREDIT VOUCHER !!.

I have waited enough for the product to be delivered. AND IT IS TJORI'S IN-CAPABILITIES THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED !! AND WHY SHOULD I ACCEPT THEIR VOUCHER WHEN I AM NOT EVEN INTERESTED TO SHOP WITH THEM AS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE ITSELF WAS SO BAD !!

I SINCERELY FEEL THIS IS A BIG SCAM BY TJORI AND THE FOUNDER. THEY TAKE MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND LATER SAY THEY WILL GIVE VOUCHER !

I DO NOT KNOW, HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE CHEATED THIS WAY. I SAW SO MANY COMPLAINTS ON GOOGLE FEW MINUTES BACK. I FEEL IT IS A BIG SCAM BY TAKING THE MONEY AND NOT REFUNDING and NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.. NOT AWARE HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE MADE FROM THIS.

Company has cancelled our product but not issuing our refund

Had purchased a product in June 2022. It has not been delivered till date (19 Aug).

Have sent repeated emails requesting a refund or exchange/credit. They keep saying they will send the product.

Seems to be a complete fraud according toy experience. I will never dare to purchase from them.

I had ordered a saree on this site in the month of May and it is august and till date i have not received my order.I paid online for my order but everytime they are deferring the date.They are a bunch of cheaters and they are cheating the customers randomly.

I ordered on 24 july and while checking the status the delivery date is 25 august. This is not fare.

I placed order on 28th May and now it is saying the expected delivery date is 15th Aug after delaying delivery 5-6 times. This is more than two months and still on guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date since it has been delayed countless times now. When I raised a request for cancellation I find that you won’t return me my money but give me store credit. What good is store credit for a store which is never going to deliver my items. I have lost my patience now you lying cheating scammers.

After raising my concern to their support email I just get an inhuman response that we are sorry that this order is taking so long, please be patient.

I placed an order with Tjori.com on May 22.2022, i have already paid for the order. The delivery date gets postponed and as on date it's 15th august. I asked for cancellation and refund but no luck.
I have sent several emails all i get a automated response but no resolution.

I see adds of this company where they are displaying the picture of the same product. If they do not have it on stock they should take it off thier online shelf and not misguide the customers

I need a refund of the amount paid for the product which is not delivered

I have ordered a dress on 5 th of june. Till today 29 th of jul i hve nt received my dress. Still their app is showing delayed to Aug month.

Tjori is a fraud website. I placed a pre-paid order on May 28th and was promised delivery on June 6th. Tjori has continuously been postponing the despatch date. The fourth date given to me is July 26th for despatch but I have no hope. I have lost my money. They don’t have refund but offer store credit and going by all reviews that is also useless because they will never deliver any order. Please NEVER ORDER from TJORI. This website is pure FRAUD.

It’s proven. Tijori is a fraud site. They don’t send what you order. No phone number no contacts at all..Do not order any item from this site.. looks like as the name suggests … all the money goes in their Tijori… and you have an empty katori!! (no product being given)

The order was placed in 15th May, it's 16July, 2022 today. I haven't received the products, neither do they return the money. They say you can take website credit. Which basically means you can't get the money back or any products because they refuse to send anything you buy.

I had placed an order with them on 9th May and it's 15th July today, I haven't yet received the parcel. Every time their delivery date gets postponed and there is absolutely no communication from their end. I had thought it's a genuine company but with more delays I am just starting to feel that's it's a fake site. I'm not sure though

I have made a prepaid order of some kurtas and fashion jewellery on Tjori on 31st May, 2022. They have changed the date of shipping and delivery four times now but no hope. They have pathetic customer support too. I suspect that this website is fraud. Order [protected] amounting Rs 3388. Please help me to get my refund, I can't ask for more in this case of loss of trust with the shopping website

I have not received my order. Had ordered 2 items on 16th May and was scheduled to receive it 28th May. After a LOT of back and forth, atleast 15 emails, 1 received 1 of my order which was not completely stitched. It was dress and the entire front of it not stitched. They say that the delay is usually because of the Quality Control process that they do on every item but clearly is not the case.
Anyway I am yet to receive my other item. They keep giving different dates. Last date of possible dispatch was between 8th and 10July 2022. No sight of that happening. Pretty convinced that they are fraudulent and shouldn't be allowed to do business. After reading similar horror stories here, I am very close to lodging an FIR against them or take any legal recourse available.

Hi, I have placed my order in June for 3 products worth 3000/- .I .still awaiting for my order and the customer service at Tjori sucks..They have kept their no non serviceable and response on email is also slow.They only reply with apology and extension date..I have asked couple of time for my order cancellation and refund but no response.They are definitely fake and misleading customer s by taking money and not delivering stuff..Kindly look into this and get my money refunded..The owner of this company is Manasi Gupta and she is also a fraud .

I placed an order for 7 garments on The TJORI website on 8th MAY 2022. First they promised two weeks delivery, which kept on being postponed without any explanation. I started emailing them on the 25th May and now i have over 30 emails with them! After a almost a month of emailing when i finally threatened to take them to consumer FORUM, they dispatched the 4 OUT OF 7 items ONLY which came on the 24thJune. Since then I've been texting constantly about the remaining 3 and now it's 5th July and they haven't sent ###. In their last email promised me a 5th July dispatch but now postponed it to 12th. I've tried to cancel the order and been asking for a refund, but their not even doing that. They're CUSTOMER care number doesn't even exist and all their social media has restricted comments. It's been HELL. 2 months of Constant emails and still 3 items worth 3847rs have been undelivered.

I had placed an order for a kurti set on june 1st week.. the product was supposed to be delivered on 18th june then the cust executive told 23rd june then it showed 3rd july now showing 10th july.i raised a cancel request but tjori gave no response.

Tjori keeps sending useless apologies for not fulfilling my order since more than 2 months now. My money is stuck as they will only give me the refund in the form of store credit forcing me to keep doing business with them. The company has sited reasons such as operational challenges and I have requested them to simply give me my money back but it has fallen on deaf ears.

Hello there

I ordered a blue Indigo suit online from tjori on June 3, 2022, messaged i received was your product will be delivered within five six days.
Later when I didn't received the product i continuously was mailing to the tjori site and I was receiving back with the message from some Jatin and Sanjay.

Then they said the product will be delivered by June 16 and still the product is not delivered.

Then they mailed it will be shipped on 3rd July.

I had already paid online.

Dear friends whosoever is reading thic complaint, this is a serious matter and its playing with the thousand of people across .

Someone should take some steps against these kind of online site.

Odered a product on the Tjori website on 17th may. Date of delvery was 29th may. Since the product was not evenshipped by the above mentioned date, I sent an enquiry email. As response I got an automated reply email and the delivery date was changed to 5th june. This process repeated itself till finally the current estimated delivery date is 17th July! 2 months after date of ordering. As it was a prepaid order, I tried to cancel the order and initiate a refund. The company only sends an email stating the order is in process and i will be intimated when it is shipped. The contact number is out of service.
