[Resolved]  Tjori — Order not received nor received refund

This is regarding order number Order No: [protected]. I have not yet received the product nor refund. After sending so many emails you just get stuck in the loop of customer care emails. No action taken whatsoever.
So, I have decided to take up the issue legally.
