Hey this is puja from kolkata. I have placed an order on tjori - online store. I have ordered for a dress and a scruber there. Anyway i placed the order on 28th april & it is paid also. But it's been 12 days passed, neither i have received my order nor i am able to communicate to them.
I have written almost 7-8 email to them. But one general reply came in a blue moon that they are looking for it. Also that helpline no. Doesnt work at all. It is a harrasment for me, as i have spent 1662 rs.
Now who's gonna refund ny money and time i have wasted on that site. I am looking for my order only. Please take some steps. Or else its a request to govt. To not just give the permission to anyone to fool common people. Was this information helpful? |
