Tkameez — Order Cancelled but refund not initiated

Hi I'm Karthik, I've placed an order on Tkameeze, Order no TK1266053, 14th August. After my friends suggestion that theor worst service and mix up in order delivery, I had to cancel my order. Ideally I should have received my refund rigt away however I haven't received any notification regarding my refund yet. What's worse I've contacted them through all of their social media platforms and mobile, I still haven't received any response yet. They really don't care about their customer. I really don't know what to do next, hence I'm here hoping tgat I'd get some help. Please kindly help m3 with my issue.
