[Resolved] Tkameez — refund not processed

I ordered from tkameez. My order no. Is 549552 and my registered mobile no. Is [protected]. They said they will send me my refund in form of coupon. I did not receive my coupon till now. It is been so long. I always trys to reach them but they bearly responds to my emails. One day they received my call but after saying my name they disconnected call. They says that they will send me coupon soon but that soon never comes. I ordered my product since 25 nov. 2018 but no relavent response till now. Can anyone help me with this fraud?

It resolved after 1 and half month luckily. I never recommend this website to anyone.
