Tkameez — Wrong products received

I have made order with order id tk1236114 of 3 tanks on cod. When i received the package tees names written on top were as per my order but when i saw inside they were completely different tanks. So i want you to send me my ordered tees and take these back. I even sent mails regarding the same but they said customer "your issue has been escalated to the team and our customer support will reach you out as soon as possible. We request you to wait until then.". Its been 9 days but i haven't been contacted yet.
