Ticket booked & confirmed by IRCTC with booking details & pnr number... And then this TMIRSMSA is sending msg regarding cancellation of ticket... Which had put me in to mental tension.. & panic situation... Pls Levi heavy fine on the company shut it on urgent basis... Because they have no right to mis guide us by giving such wrong information.

I had booked tickets in 2 AC for my daughter in 12671 / 12672 last month for May. Yesterday SMS was received from JM IRSMSa that the 2S tickets will be changed to unreserved from Apr 1st onwards and therefore advising to cancel the tickets. Pl look into.
Yes . I also received the same message. I booked kaniyakumari exp .That was fake message. Don't cancel the ticket. Because i had done that mistake. But full amount will not refund. Only rs 1240 will refund . So beware...
