TMT — Complaint Regarding Infrequent Service and Severe Overcrowding on TMT Bus Route 104

Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issues faced by passengers travelling on TMT Bus Route 104.
The bus service on this route is highly infrequent, with long gaps between buses. As a result, when a bus finally arrives, it is often extremely crowded and congested, making the journey uncomfortable and difficult for passengers. The overcrowding also causes delays in boarding and deboarding and creates considerable inconvenience, particularly during peak hours.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into this issue and consider:
Increasing the frequency of Route 104 buses.
Reducing the long intervals between consecutive buses.
Deploying additional buses during peak hours.
Monitoring passenger demand and adjusting the schedule accordingly.
Regular and adequately spaced bus services would significantly improve the daily commute for passengers dependent on this route.
I request the concerned authority to take appropriate action at the earliest.
