TMT — Im complaining about a bus driver and conductor for their misconduct

In bus 65 MH04LQ 9163 on date 16 oct 2026 near muchhala college when a student was trying to board the bus the bus driver closed the door and she got stuck and fell down on road . The driver and the conductor were apologetic and were shouting . The conductor was literally consuming tobacco while on duty and was misbehaving with all the passengers. Action need to be taken against such drivers nd conductors . This is very disappointing.
