I ordered a 3 wheeler TNR bike for my dad from one of the dealers in Sanawad, Madhya Pradesh( Dadaji traders). I booked the bike on 29th Nov and I got the bike on 12th Dec '21. I made the full payment but the moment I started the bike I noticed the bike was only moving towards the right or left. Even the dealer noticed this and said not to take the bike and will get it checked. The bike was with the dealer for another 7 days as he said the main head office( Sonipet) had couriered the chimta( holding the front wheel) as the earlier chimta was not fitted properly and had a dent. After waiting for 7 more days, i got the bike again on 20th Dec but the same problem, the bike was still moving towards right/left. After desperately waiting for 3 weeks I still do not have the bike and really disappointed. I tried calling the TNR head office but totallly useless service. Was this information helpful? |
