I have purchase a new turner model bike.

This is regarding the tnr dealer at 3 months back i have purchased electric bike from this dealer. Now i have issue with this bike its not a charge bike 18 hrs full showing battery indication, suddenly it getting off in middle of the road, and the charger also failed twice in last 3 months, when contacting the dealer he is not behaving properly, and even taking 10 to 15 days to replace the charger.
When i purchased he said if not satisfied with vehicle he will take back the bike and return the money, now he is saying he will not do it, go and tell to whomever you want.
Please have a look into this issue and help me out.
