Our supplier at hong kong handed over a shipment to tnt couriers and invoice raised in the name of golden inks world india. Tnt collected the kyc from us, we submitted the kyc of the company "golden inks world india", but tnt then wrongly filed in the name of jupiter knitting company at indian customs. We have been contacting them since 16.04.2018 but no action done, shipment is also held up with tnt. Was this information helpful? |
