Our supplier at hong kong handed over a shipment to tnt couriers and invoice raised in the name of golden inks world india. Tnt collected the kyc from us, we submitted the kyc of the company "golden inks world india", but tnt then wrongly filed in the name of jupiter knitting company at indian customs. We have been contacting them since 16.04.2018 but no action done, shipment is also held up with tnt....

This is with regard to one consignment that was to receive (AWB No.[protected]. It was with your Pune office on 4th May, and unfortunately I have not received this delivered till date. I have called up your customer care and also Pune office at least 10 times in last 1 week and have asked them to deliver the same. Everytime I call them ,they say that they will deliver it today, but it is never delivered. They said that...
