[Resolved] Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in — Sembakkam Municipality - Amount deducted but receipt not generated

I paid my property tax through Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in, Sembakkam municipality. amount (Rs 12, 712) debited from my credit card and no receipt / acknowledgement received and not updated in their system also. Waited few hours for reversal even that also doesn't happen. Grievance system in their site doesn't work. Any other way to reach them and update the records?

On the next working day, the receipt got generated. Thing payment related issues will be in pending and in bussiness hours they may resolve it. Thanks.
